  • Medical history, current condition, previous treatments, test results, imaging reports, prescriptions
  • Preferred timeframe and budget for treatment
  • Passport or ID data where necessary for bookings, hospital registration, or visa support (if supplied by you)

d) Made Is Good (MIG) – e-commerce data

For MIG customers, we may collect:

  • Account details (username, email, password hash)
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Order history (products, quantities, prices, dates)
  • Payment information: we typically use third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or others). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; such data is processed by PCI-compliant providers.
  • Communication about orders, deliveries, returns or warranties

e) Source Is Good (SIG) – sourcing data

For sourcing and consulting projects, we may collect:

  • Business contact details (name, position, company, email, phone)
  • Company and project information (product specifications, technical drawings, photos, target prices, volumes, Incoterms, preferred timelines)
  • Contracts, POs, invoices, or other commercial documentation shared with us

Once data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it in a secure manner.

2.7 Data Sharing & International Transfers

  • Within DOUTRES Group: Among our own entities and branches (HIG, MIG, SIG) when strictly necessary to serve you.
  • Service providers: Hosting providers, email and CRM tools, payment processors, analytics tools, logistics partners, translators, IT/security support.
  • Medical partners (HIG): Hospitals, clinics and medical specialists, but only with your consent and only the medical data necessary to assess and provide care.
  • Sourcing partners (SIG): Suppliers and factories involved in your project, sharing product-relevant data (specifications, volume, timelines, and sometimes business identity details).
  • Legal or regulatory authorities: Where required by applicable law or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of our users.

Because our operations and partners are primarily located in China and Hong Kong SAR, your data may be transferred and stored outside your home country. Where required by law, we will implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) to protect your data during such transfers.

2.8 Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have some or all of the following rights:

3.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using doutresgroup.com, hig.doutresgroup.com, mig.doutresgroup.com, sig.doutresgroup.com (collectively, the “Sites”) and the services offered through them (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms applicable to specific services or campaigns.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites or Services.

3.2 Who May Use Our Services

You may use our Sites and Services only if:

3.3 Nature of Our Services

a) Health Is Good (HIG)

HIG is a medical coordination and facilitation service, not a hospital or clinic. We:

  • Help connect you with hospitals and medical professionals in China
  • Support communication and logistics
  • Coordinate information flow between you and partner providers

We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions ourselves. All medical decisions are made by the licensed healthcare professionals treating you.

HIG is not an emergency service. In case of emergency, you must contact local emergency services immediately.

b) Made Is Good (MIG)

MIG is an e-commerce platform offering selected products and technologies. Key principles:

  • Product descriptions aim to be accurate, but minor variations (e.g. colours, packaging, batch differences) may occur.
  • Prices, availability, and shipping options may change without prior notice, although we aim to honour accepted orders where reasonable.

Refunds & returns:
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law and product warranty terms.

c) Source Is Good (SIG)

SIG provides sourcing and consulting services, helping clients:

  • Define sourcing projects
  • Identify and compare suppliers
  • Support negotiation, quality checks, and logistics coordination

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, SIG:

  • Is not a party to the sales contracts between you and the selected supplier(s)
  • Does not own or operate the factories
  • Cannot guarantee performance of third-party suppliers, but works to reduce risks through verification and transparent processes

You remain responsible for your final choice of supplier and the terms of your purchase or manufacturing agreements.

3.4 User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us, opening an account, or placing orders
  • Use our Sites and Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to breach security, scan or test vulnerabilities, or disrupt our systems
  • Not upload or transmit any malicious code, malware, or harmful content

3.5 Accounts and Security (MIG / SIG / HIG where applicable)

    • Actions or omissions of third-party hospitals, suppliers, logistics providers or payment processors
    • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Where liability cannot be fully excluded (for example, under certain consumer laws), it will be limited to the amount you have paid us directly for the relevant service or product, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOUTRES Group, its directors, employees and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

3.11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
