DOUTRES Group Limited master Terms of Use for the DOUTRES Group website and the in-scope HIG, SIG, and MIG journeys.
Effective date: 2026-07-24 Last updated: 2026-07-24 Version: 2026-07-24 Language status: English authoritative source; French and Chinese are convenience translations only after review against this frozen version; FR/ZH remain noindex handoffs until exact parity is proven. 1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms apply to use of the DOUTRES Group website and the in-scope HIG, SIG, and MIG website pages, public inquiry forms, content, and related communications described in these Terms.
DOUTRES Group Limited (Registration 78951710, Hong Kong) operates DOUTRES Group, Health Is Good (HIG), Source Is Good (SIG), and Made Is Good (MIG). HIG, SIG, and MIG are brands/initiatives operated by DOUTRES Group Limited and are not separate legal entities.
A Good Song (AGS) and its websites, checkout, payment, generation, delivery, support, user-content, licensing, and related flows are not covered by these Terms. AGS remains displayed on the DOUTRES Group website but is fully excluded from legal implementation.
By accessing or using the covered websites and forms, users agree to these Terms. If a user does not agree, they should not use the websites or submit information through the forms.
Submitting an inquiry, request, RFQ, or proposal does not by itself create a medical-provider relationship, procurement contract, sales contract, supplier relationship, partnership, agency, exclusivity, employment, distribution right, investment relationship, confidentiality obligation, or another binding commercial relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Website content and intellectual property
Website content, designs, text, logos, branch names, layouts, images, and other materials may be owned by DOUTRES or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
Users may view and use the websites for ordinary informational and inquiry purposes. Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, resell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit website content except where DOUTRES gives permission or applicable law permits it.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- use the websites for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, infringing, or disruptive purposes;
- submit false, unauthorized, or misleading information;
- submit information about another person without authority;
- submit emergency requests through non-emergency website channels;
- submit sensitive or regulated materials through a public form that is not approved for them;
- attempt to interfere with website security, availability, forms, or related systems;
- transmit malware, spam, scraping tools, or automated abuse.
DOUTRES reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or blocking access, for violations of these acceptable use terms.
4. Inquiries and no automatic acceptance
Submitting an inquiry, RFQ, proposal, message, or other request does not require DOUTRES to accept, respond, proceed, provide services, provide a quote, accept a supplier or manufacturer, create a partnership, or provide a particular outcome.
DOUTRES may review, decline, request more information, or identify another appropriate route, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
For MIG product quotation requests, DOUTRES aims to respond within 1–2 business days where feasible, but this is an operational target, not a binding commitment. No response-time commitment applies to other inquiry types under these Terms unless expressly stated in an approved, versioned service-specific document or separate written agreement.
5. User submissions
A user must have authority to submit information or material concerning another person, organization, patient, product, project, or image.
The DOUTRES Group testimonial/photo upload route is disabled/hidden. Existing submitted photos remain unpublished unless explicit publication consent from the submitter is evidenced. If a testimonial route returns in the future, limited promotional permission terms apply: submission grants DOUTRES a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the photo in association with the submitted testimonial on DOUTRES Group websites for promotional purposes, unless and until the submitter requests removal. Rejected or unpublished submissions are deleted according to purpose-based retention.
6. Third-party links and service providers
The websites may contain links to third-party websites or rely on service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. DOUTRES is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services.
7. Disclaimers, warranties, liability, and indemnity
Website information may be general, preliminary, incomplete, or subject to change. It does not replace qualified medical, legal, tax, technical, compliance, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, or other specialist advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DOUTRES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DOUTRES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE WEBSITES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOUTRES’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED HONG KONG DOLLARS (HKD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOUTRES and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the user’s violation of these Terms or misuse of the websites.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Changes to these Terms
DOUTRES may update these Terms. The public page must show the effective date, last-updated date, version ID, language status, and an approved change summary. Versioning follows a date-based format (YYYY-MM-DD). Material changes are identified in the change log. Continued use of the websites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Branch-specific terms
HIG healthcare limitations
Anchor ID: hig-healthcare-limitations
HIG public website pages and forms support initial healthcare-coordination inquiries. They are not emergency services and should not be used for urgent or emergency medical needs.
HIG does not provide diagnosis, prescription, treatment, medical decision-making, emergency response, or a substitute for qualified professional medical advice through public website forms or general messages.
Any possible coordination, package/pricing discussion, provider involvement, appointment support, or document review depends on appropriate review, acceptance, provider availability, documentation, and any required legal or medical process.
Visitors may include detailed health-related free text in the initial message but must not submit full medical records, ID documents, payment details, scans, or highly sensitive files through the public form. The form does not provide a medical-document upload function and does not claim to be an approved secure-document process.
HIG’s role is limited to healthcare-coordination inquiry and routing. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
SIG sourcing limitations
Anchor ID: sig-sourcing-limitations
Submitting a SIG sourcing inquiry does not create a sourcing or procurement contract, agency, exclusivity, supplier-performance guarantee, guaranteed quotation, compliance approval, or accepted project.
Any confidentiality obligation, fee, exclusivity, deliverable, supplier outreach, procurement commitment, or other engagement term must be separately agreed in writing. No automatic non-disclosure agreement applies to initial inquiries.
Users should not submit confidential contracts, bank details, IDs, trade secrets, proprietary designs, or sensitive personal data through the initial public form.
File uploads are planned but remain disabled. Document sharing is handled through separate follow-up communication.
MIG RFQ, product, and proposal limitations
Anchor ID: mig-rfq-product-and-proposal-limitations
A MIG product quotation request is an invitation to review and discuss. It does not create an order confirmation, purchase commitment, accepted quotation, sales contract, warranty, certification approval, compliance approval, or obligation to proceed.
A MIG supplier/manufacturer proposal is an invitation to preliminary review. It does not create supplier acceptance, product-listing approval, partnership, exclusivity, confidentiality, distribution rights, agency, manufacturing approval, IP/non-use obligation, purchase commitment, or obligation to proceed unless separately agreed in writing. No automatic non-disclosure agreement applies to initial proposals.
Any price, product availability, configuration, specification, certification, documentation, delivery, duty/tax, warranty, compliance, or logistics statement remains subject to a separately approved written quotation or agreement.
The MIG showcase is active. RFQ and supplier proposal routes are active. Prices, cart, checkout, account, and payment routes are retired or redirected to RFQ-only; no online purchase is available through the MIG website.
Regulated products require separate compliance verification. Users must not submit regulated-product documentation, certification originals, or controlled technical data through public forms.
DOUTRES Group general inquiry terms
Anchor ID: doutres-group-general-inquiry-terms
A DOUTRES Group general inquiry does not create a partnership, representation, supplier or manufacturer acceptance, client relationship, service contract, confidentiality obligation, or obligation to respond unless separately agreed in writing.
Users should not send emergency requests, sensitive medical details, confidential documents, payment details, identity documents, regulated materials, or trade secrets through the general contact form.
